Role Description


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence across all major social media platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling narratives, build engaged communities, and translate business goals into high-impact social strategies. Qualifications


Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to continuously optimize campaigns and content

Drive community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand-consistent manner

Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visual identity across all channels

Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices

Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules

Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the performance marketing team where required

Identify growth opportunities and innovative ways to expand brand reach and audience engagement


Required Qualifications


Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven content strategies

Proficiency with social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms

Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative, on-site team environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field (preferred)
