About the Role

Were looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead content planning and platform strategy to strengthen the brands digital presence. The role involves staying updated with trends, creating relevant content, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent communication across all social channels.


Responsibility:

Industry & Trend Awareness

Stay updated with the latest digital trends and platform updates. Monitor audience behavior, market movements, competitor activities, and cultural moments to create relevant, insight-driven content and identify real-time engagement opportunities.


Content Strategy & Ideation

Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with each brands voice, objectives, and target audience. Conceptualize engaging formats such as Reels, carousels, short videos, static creatives, and trend-led content to drive visibility and recall.


Content Planning & Execution

Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing across all relevant platforms. Manage end-to-end coordination to meet campaign timelines and daily posting requirements.


Community Management

Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build a strong and loyal community. Track conversations around the brand and identify opportunities for proactive engagement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with design, video, content, and performance teams to create high-quality, on-brand communication. Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all social media platforms.


Campaign & Launch Management

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand launches, collaborations, and key announcements. Focus on maximizing reach, engagement, and overall campaign impact.


Performance Tracking & Optimization

Analyze content performance using platform insights and reporting tools. Generate actionable learnings to optimize content strategy, improve engagement, and achieve growth objectives.


Competitor & Market Analysis

Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor brands and industry leaders to identify content gaps, new formats, and differentiation opportunities.


Real-Time & Trend-Based Content

Leverage trending topics, viral formats, and moment marketing opportunities to keep the brand relevant and culturally connected while maintaining the brand voice.


Growth & Innovation

Continuously experiment with new platform features, content formats, and creative approaches to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth for the brands.


What Were Looking For:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience (agency background preferred).

Digital Fluency: A strong understanding of social media trends, internet culture, and how content goes viral.

Versatile Writing: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to maintain a tone that is witty, professional, and informative.

Creative Thinking: For our marketing-focused track, an obsession with "out-of-the-box" ideas and an understanding of what makes a campaign successful.

Efficiency: A fast thinker capable of producing and posting high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical Skills: Knowledge of growth strategies and the ability to interpret performance data to improve content.
