* Turn raw ideas into reels that hook in 3 seconds

* Own the content calendar (and make sure it actually runs on time)

* Lead interns & designers so content ships no chaos, just controlled chaos

* Track insights, decode performance, pivot fast

* Step into shoots when direction is needed

* Make brands feel culturally relevant not outdated

Youre Perfect If:

* Youre chronically online (professionally, obviously)

* You know the difference between a trend and a dead trend

* You care about performance AND aesthetics

* You dont wait for instructions you take charge
