Its a YouTube-first project focused on modern Punjabi culture, migration, work life, and evolving mindsets.

Not vlogs. Not memes. Not influencer content.

Were launching soon, and Im looking to make our first hire .

Role Description

Role: Founding Social Media Manager

Platforms: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

Location: Chandigarh / Work from home

Language: Punjabi (important)

Compensation: 20,000 per month (in-hand)

Qualifications

Im looking for someone with 13 years of experience who:

• understands how long-form YouTube content translates into short clips
• can think beyond posting and help shape how a brand grows
• is comfortable taking ownership early on
• cares about culture, conversations, and representation

Being Punjabi matters here not for stereotypes, but for context and sensitivity .

Much of our content is Punjabi-first, and cultural nuance is non-negotiable.

This is an early-stage role.
