The role in a line

An Integrated Account/Social media manager who can: -

  • Translate brand strategy into actionable project roadmaps,
  • Adapt workflows dynamically to lean-team realities, and
  • Ensure every deliverable reinforces the larger brand narrative.
  • Youll function at the intersection of strategy, content, design, and client communications, driving both clarity and cadence.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a media agency, creative agency, production house, or brand content team
  • Strong background in branding, content design, film-making, and visual arts
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally (strategy, brand, execution)
  • A well-curated personal or professional portfolio (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills with a strategic understanding of content impact.

We operate as a brand consulting and creative agency, working closely with founders and teams to shape identity, narrative, and execution.

What Youll Do

1. Client Account Ownership & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, owning all communication end-to-end.
  • Manage client interactions across email, WhatsApp, calls, and review meetings with clear response SLAs and documented follow-ups.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business discussions to align on progress, priorities, and expectations.
  • Translate client feedback, concerns, and objectives into clear internal action points.
  • Identify early signals of dissatisfaction, scope drift, or execution risk and escalate internally with full context and solutions.


2. Project & Execution Management

  • Own the full lifecycle of client and internal projects from kickoff to delivery and review.
  • Build and maintain execution timelines, task trackers, and delivery calendars aligned with real team bandwidth.
  • Coordinate closely with research, strategy, design, production, and tech teams to ensure clarity of briefs, deadlines, and outcomes.
  • Monitor daily task progress, unblock dependencies, and ensure deliverables move smoothly through the pipeline.
  • Maintain operational visibility through dashboards, status updates, and milestone reporting.


3. Content & Posting Operations

  • Manage monthly social media calendars and posting schedules across platforms.
  • Coordinate content submissions, internal reviews, and client approvals within defined turnaround timelines.
  • Ensure all approved content is scheduled, published on time, and monitored post-publishing.
  • Track engagement, responses, and early performance signals, and ensure timely community interactions where required.


4. Content Bank & Documentation Systems

  • Own the organisation and maintenance of centralised content repositories for client assets.
  • Ensure consistent folder structures, naming conventions, tagging, and version control.
  • Archive outdated content regularly and maintain clean, accessible asset libraries.
  • Document project learnings, decisions, approvals, and key communications in relevant systems (CRM / Drive / PM tools).


5. Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, growth, and content effectiveness.
  • Present insights clearly whats working, whats not, and what should change next.
  • Track benchmarks and performance trends to inform strategy and execution improvements.
  • Participate in retrospectives and help refine SOPs, workflows, and internal systems based on execution learnings.


Key Idea

This is an end-to-end creative role ideation to execution. Your day will involve visual creation, brand thinking, collaboration, research, and documentation. Youll also help set up content databases, creative references, and execution learnings, making this a hybrid creative + operational role.


What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 24 years experience in a creative agency, consulting setup, or startup environment, managing live client accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously without losing clarity or control.
  • Strong client communication skills calm, structured, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Operational discipline: understands timelines, approvals, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans across content, design, and marketing workflows.
  • High ownership mindset you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Comfort working in lean teams with evolving systems and imperfect information.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Google Drive, and basic analytics dashboards.

Preferables

  • Prior experience acting as a single point of contact for clients in an agency or startup.
  • Exposure to social media operations, content calendars, approval workflows, and reporting.
  • Experience building or improving internal SOPs, dashboards, or execution systems.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics, engagement analysis, and content optimisation.
  • Interest or working familiarity with sports, health, performance, or culture-led brands.
  • Ability to balance people psychology with process discipline internally and externally.
