Role Description

Swen Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes sports and understands how fans engage with sports, leagues, athletes, and live events. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Social Media Manager. The responsibilities include managing social media platforms, developing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, implementing social media optimization (SMO) techniques, and managing communication strategies across various platforms. The Social Media Manager will also monitor analytics, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

What were looking for:

25 years of social media experience (sports preferred)

Strong storytelling, copywriting & trend awareness

Experience with live-event posting and fast turnarounds

Passion for sports, fandom, and digital culture

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and trends
• Creative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not necessary
