Were looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager who understands beauty, aesthetics, and Gen-Z culture. Your job is to create engaging content, grow our online presence, and build a fun, interactive brand experience across all platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of beauty, cosmetics, and digital trends.

2. Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels, editing apps, and social media tools.

3. Engage with followers through comments, DMs, story replies, and community posts.

4. Build a strong, loyal community of makeup lovers through relatable and value-driven content.

5. Develop monthly and weekly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.

6. Conceptualize and create engaging content: reels, posts, stories, product videos, trending formats & beauty tutorials.

7. dentify, onboard, and manage beauty creators, nanomicro influencers, and makeup artists.

8. Coordinate product seeding, collaboration briefs, content deadlines, and campaign execution.

9. Track influencer performance, reports, and ROI to improve future partnerships.
