Position: Social Media Manager

Experience: 2 to 5 Years Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the content calendar across all social media platforms

Ensure timely posting, consistency, and brand alignment

Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and vendors for content execution

Follow up with the team to ensure deliverables meet timelines

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement activities

Understand platform algorithms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports

Suggest improvements based on insights, reach, engagement, and conversions

Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats

Experience with content planning and scheduling tools

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting

Excellent coordination and follow-up skills

Creativity with a good sense of branding and storytelling

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Experience & Qualification

2 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Experience in food, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage
