Role Overview

Were looking for a Social Media Manager who understands content, culture, and conversion . This role goes beyond postingyoull own brand voice, engagement strategy, community growth, and performance insights across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage organic social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals & campaigns
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce high-quality content
• Write or guide captions, hooks, CTAs , and storytelling formats
• Monitor trends, memes, and platform updatesand act fast
• Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, brand voice)
• Analyze performance and share weekly/monthly insights (reach, engagement, growth)
• Work closely with performance marketing teams to support paid campaigns
• Handle multiple brands simultaneously (agency experience is a plus)

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing brand or agency social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & X algorithms
• Excellent content sense (visual + copy)
• Ability to read analytics and translate data into action
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.
• Clear communication and coordination skills
