What Youll Be Doing

• Build and execute scroll-worthy social media strategies
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories & carousels
• Jump on trends, audios & formats to boost reach
• Write catchy captions, hooks & CTAs that connect
• Collaborate with design & video teams to bring ideas alive
• Engage with the community through comments & DMs
• Track insights, analyze performance & optimize content
• Support launches, campaigns & collaborations

• 24 years of hands-on social media experience
• Strong grip on Instagram , LinkedIn and Youtube algorithms
• Creative thinker + strong storyteller
• Reels & short-form video lover
• Data-aware (you know whats working & why)
• Thrives in a fast-moving startup vibe
