Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the organization's social media presence by developing and executing strategies, managing content calendars, and optimizing social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging content, monitoring social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the team to align strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategies
• Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor social media performance and trends
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for creating engaging content
• Relevant experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
