Social Media Manager

Location: Ahmedabad (Full-time, On-site)

About the Role:

Are you the friend who always knows the latest meme before it hits mainstream? Do you live and breathe reels, trends, and tweets? Were looking for someone to own Rewynds social presence and make sure our snacks dont just get views, but shares, saves, and cravings.

What youll do:

• Own the calendar: Plan monthly content buckets product drops, BTS, trend-led moments, and collabs.
• Execution: Write captions, schedule posts, monitor comments, and keep engagement genuine.
• Trend spotting: Stay up to date with platform changes, audio, and formats; adapt them to Rewynd before they peak.
• Community building: Engage directly with followers, creators, and partners to nurture brand love.
• Performance loop: Track analytics, report insights weekly, and pitch experiments.
• Culture capture: Work with Design/Video to highlight behind-the-scenes and team culture.

Must-have skills:

• 13 years managing social media for a brand/agency (D2C/FMCG experience is a plus).
• Strong grip on mobile-first editing tools: CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, Canva
• Platform fluency especially Instagram , and some experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven ability to shoot and edit content independently (portfolio/Instagram must reflect this).
• A confident storyteller on and off screen who can easily switch from creating content to starring in it.

Bonus points if you:

• Love food content and have a great sense of humor
• Have insight on performance marketing on social media.
• Have a flair for the dramatic.
