Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos)
• Track trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep the brand relevant
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments & DMs, and build active communities

Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads
• Implement conversion tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, CPC, lead generation, and ROAS
• Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets effectively

Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and ad copy
• Collaborate with designers and video teams for high-quality creatives
• Repurpose content across platforms (blogs reels carousels)

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS
• Identify top-performing content and scale winning strategies
