About the role:

We are looking for a Creative and Experienced Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and engage with our growing 10 million+ farmers community. You will develop and implement strategies for high-quality, SEO-optimized content across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and others. This role involves managing accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining a consistent brand voice to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development : Design and execute content strategies aligned with Indian Farmers growth and engagement goals.
• Content Creation & Curation : Create SEO-optimized, engaging content, including captions and updates, that resonates with the audience and aligns with the brands voice.
• Execution & Posting : Plan and maintain content calendars for consistent posting across platforms (Hindi & Marathi), ensuring brand consistency in tone and style.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization : Use analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven improvements to boost engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years in social media management, content creation, or related roles.
• Platform Expertise: Proficiency in YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and SEO best practices.
• Content Creation Skills: Strong communication and writing skills with a creative flair for engaging content.
• Analytics & Tools: Experience with analytics platforms and AI tools to optimize content performance.
• Project Management: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
