What you'll be doing

Creating thumb-stopping content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Snapchat

Writing captions that convert - witty, sharp, on-brand

Shooting and editing reels, stories, carousels, and posts

Tracking what works and optimizing based on analytics

Staying ahead of trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table

Working with clients to understand their brand voice and amplify it

Brainstorming campaigns that get people talking

You're our person if

Your own social media game is strong (show us your handle!)

You can write copy that makes people stop scrolling

You know Canva/CapCut/Premiere like the back of your hand

You understand platform algorithms and best practices

You're a content consumption machine - you LIVE on social media

You can shoot, edit, and post - end to end execution

0-3 years experience (or you're self-taught with results to show)

Bonus points if

You've grown accounts from scratch

You understand paid social/Meta ads

You're comfortable on camera

You have a design eye
