Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manageend-to-end social media accountsfor assigned clients.

• Plan and executemonthly content calendarsaligned with brand goals.
• Coordinate withdesign, content, and video teamsfor timely content delivery.
• Monitorsocial media trends, reels formats, and platform updates.
• Trackengagement, reach, and campaign performanceacross platforms.
• Prepare and presentmonthly performance reports and insightsto clients.
• Ensurequality, brand consistency, and deadline adherenceacross all posts.
• UseAI tools for content ideation, captions, research, and reporting efficiency.
• Identifycampaign opportunities and growth strategiesfor client accounts.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience managingsocial media accounts in a digital agency.
• Strongclient coordination and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience withInstagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and short-form video trends.
• Ability to managemultiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Familiarity withAI tools for marketing workflows.
