Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Social Media Manager to build and scale our digital presence while driving measurable business impact. The role requires strong expertise in social media strategy, campaign execution, and influencer marketing management, along with content and platform oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Brand Communication

• Create engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain consistent brand tonality across platforms.

Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Act as the key point of contact between brand and agency for campaign planning and execution.
• Plan monthly content calendars and stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes.

Influencer Marketing

• Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage influencers.
• Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
• Manage monthly collaborations and giveaways.

Community & Performance Management

• Drive community engagement and respond to customer queries.
• Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and other platforms.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 34 years of hands-on social media experience.
• Proven experience in influencer campaign planning and management
• Strong understanding of analytics, performance tracking, and paid campaigns.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
