About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our content presence across platforms and help grow Phinys audience through engaging, insight-driven content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content for Phiny across LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Create and publish short-form videos, carousels, and social media posts focused on careers, hiring insights, and job preparation
• Use AI tools to generate, edit, and optimize content efficiently
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality video content pieces
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across platforms
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Identify trends and opportunities to create timely and relevant content
• Maintain a structured repository of social media assets, content ideas, and performance insights

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in social media management or content marketing

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok content formats
• Experience with video content creation and basic editing tools
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
• Strong storytelling and content ideation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
