What Youll Own

You will be the driving force behind Novas brand visibility on LinkedIn creating high-impact content across founder and brand channels.

Content Creation (Primary: LinkedIn)

• Create high-quality posts (videos, carousels, images, storytelling content)
• Edit short-form videos testimonials, insights, explainers
• Design sharp creatives using Canva or similar tools
• Ensure alignment with Novas brand voice

Newsletters & Thought Leadership

• Write 2 premium newsletters/month (HR, wellness, leadership, insurance)
• Convert long-form content into short, high-impact posts

Testimonials & Case Studies

• Record and edit testimonial videos with HR leaders
• Convert them into multi-format assets (LinkedIn, website, email)

Content Pipeline & Growth

• Maintain a 15+ posts/week pipeline across founder + brand handles
• Drive 500K1M monthly organic impressions
• Track and optimize content using analytics, trends, insights
• Understand what resonates with HR, CXOs, and business leaders

Creative Strategy

• Research trends, formats, and hooks to create viral content
• Contribute to brand narrative and creative brainstorms
• Experiment, iterate fast, and elevate Novas thought leadership

Who Were Looking For

• 14 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or storytelling
• Strong with Canva + basic video editing tools (CapCut, Descript, etc.)
• Proven track record of high-performing LinkedIn posts (share links)
• Fast-paced creator who can produce high volume + high quality
• Curious about HR, wellness, leadership, startups
• Strong writing skills ability to simplify complex ideas
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn formats, hooks & algorithms
• High ownership, creative taste, execution mindset
• Comfortable collaborating directly with the founder
