Social Media Manager (Mumbai)

At Delulu | iShots Beverages Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a Social Media Managerwho can handle the end-to-end Socials for us develop the content pillars in line with Gen Z Branding,build presence, voice, and community in real time. This role sits at the intersection ofcontent, culture, and conversation.

Youll work closely with the leadership team to shape how the brand shows up every single day.

Who You Are

• 46 years of hands-on Social Media Experience
• Graduate / Post-Graduate (Marketing / Digital Media preferred)
• Deep understanding ofInstagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube (short-form)
• Strong grasp of trends, formats, memes, and platform nuances
• Excellent storytelling, copy, and content instincts
• Ability to manage Social Media Agencies, Influencers and Meme Collabs
• Familiarity with tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana, Mid Journey, Cap Cut, Premier Pro, Kling AI, Broccoli etc
• Prior experience withD2C / FMCG / F&B / Lifestyle brandsis a big plus

What Youll Own

• Day-to-day Oversight and Management of all social media handles: Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin
• Conceptualizing and Reviewing content - Content Direction, Planning, Calendars, and Real-time Posting
• Overseeing Internal and External Content Execution Teams - working with creators, designers, videographers & internal teams to get the magic going
• Driving Traffic, Follows, Shares and Amplifications through collabs with Influencers and Meme Pages
• Spotting trends early and jumping infast
• Managing Whatsapp Community Building and Engagement
• Managing Whatsapp, DM and Outbound Campaigns
• Community Management Managing/Automating DMs, Comments, Conversations
• Tracking Engagement: Reach, Shares, Saves & Insights (not vanity metrics)
