About the Role


We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media activities for multiple brands, creating impactful strategies, and driving meaningful engagement across platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, content planning, analytics, and brand communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others as required
  • Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars
  • Write engaging captions, CTAs, and platform-specific copy
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors for timely delivery of creatives
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic performance reports
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
  • Ensure page hygiene including profile optimisation, highlights, bios, and brand consistency
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Assist in campaign ideation, execution, and optimisation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support overall marketing objectives


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines efficiently
  • Experience in content planning, analytics, and reporting
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of paid promotions and performance marketing is an added advantage
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred
