About the Role
Were looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes the internet. Someone who can own our socials end-to-end from replying to DMs to filming chaotic-brilliant reels. This role sits at the intersection of community, creativity, and brand voice. You will be the guardian of how the brand shows up online sharp, warm, playful, and unmistakably us. The key metrics for this role are creativity, creativity, creativity (and of course, analytical abilities and a keen eye for content).. Since were a womens intimates brand, were particularly looking for women for this role.
- Manage daily DMs, comments, replies, and story interactions across platforms
- Respond with speed, empathy, wit, and brand-aligned tone
- Flag customer issues, FAQs, and recurring themes to relevant teams
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive community space
- Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form content (Reels, Stories, carousels)
- Be comfortable filming on phone, directing others, and being on-camera
- Execute trending formats while making them brand-specific
- Work closely with founders, creators, and collaborators for shoots
- Brainstorm weekly/monthly content ideas aligned to launches, campaigns, and cultural moments
- Stay ahead of trends, memes, audios, and platform shifts especially Instagram
- Balance conversion content + brand storytelling + internet fun
- Pitch bold, unhinged (but smart) ideas nothing boring lives here
- Ensure all content is visually, tonally, and culturally on-brand
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, captions, humour, and values
- Act as a gatekeeper for how the brand sounds and feels online
- Track content performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares, DM volume)
- Use insights to refine content strategy and posting cadence
- Identify whats working, whats flopping, and why
- Coordinate with design, marketing, customer support, and founders
- Brief designers/editors when required
- Reach out to and work with social media influencers as needed
- Own the social calendar and ensure timely posting
- 13 years experience managing brand social media (D2C, lifestyle, fashion, women-centric brands preferred)
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Reels, and internet culture
- Strong visual sense + excellent written communication
- Comfortable with phones, filming, editing apps, and real-time content
- Organised, proactive, and self-starting
- You care about brand voice and community, not just numbers
- Experience with influencer/creator collaborations
- Meme-page instincts or previous viral content
- Understanding of womens health, fashion, or body-positive spaces
- High creative freedom and real ownership
- Direct access to founders and fast decision-making
