Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with 2+ years of proven experience to oversee and execute social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with the ability to design campaigns that drive engagement, build communities, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging and platform-appropriate content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns and optimise for reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Track, measure, and report on KPIs to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage online communities and foster meaningful audience engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and paid media campaigns is an advantage.
