This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating and optimizing engaging content for various platforms, and ensuring alignment with the companys brand voice. They will actively manage social media campaigns, engage with audiences, monitor trends, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth and maximize visibility. Collaboration with influencers and team members to enhance engagement and achieve marketing goals is essential to this role.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to effectively manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Strong Communication skills and expertise in crafting and managing Content Strategy tailored to target audiences.
• Writing skills to create compelling and creative posts to encourage audience engagement.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and digital trends is highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
