Job Details

Experience Required: 35 years (mandatory)

Location: Noida

Shift Timings:

  • 9:00 AM 6:00 PM or
  • 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Working Days:

5.5 days a week (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy: Develop and implement paid social media strategies aligned with business goals, integrating both organic and paid content.
  • Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including ad creation, audience targeting, and budget management.
  • Content: Produce, curate, and schedule engaging ad content (visuals and copy) in line with the brands voice and values.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
  • Trends & Insights: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to identify new opportunities.

  • Skills & Qualifications
    • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and paid social advertising.
    • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling, on-brand content.
    • Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and creating effective ad copy.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
    • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising features.
