Key Responsibilities

Strategy: Develop and implement paid social media strategies aligned with business goals, integrating both organic and paid content.
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including ad creation, audience targeting, and budget management.
Content: Produce, curate, and schedule engaging ad content (visuals and copy) in line with the brands voice and values.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
Trends & Insights: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to identify new opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and paid social advertising.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling, on-brand content.
Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and creating effective ad copy.
