• Staying updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
• Tracking and analyzing important social media metrics to optimize performance.
• Creating effective social media marketing campaigns that enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Strategically translating business goals into actionable social media plans that drive measurable results.
• Conducting in-depth research within niche markets relevant to each client.

Brand Strategy

• Developing comprehensive brand strategies that define positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and marketing channels.
• Identifying target audiences and crafting communication strategies that resonate with them.
• Building long-term brand value through storytelling, creative direction, and differentiated market positioning.
• Aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives to strengthen brand recall and loyalty.

Client & Reputation Management

• Cultivating strong, trust-based relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for clients, deeply understanding their business, goals, and brand voice.
• Delivering campaign proposals, performance reviews, and key updates professionally and persuasively.
• Managing the clients content approval process to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines before publishing.
• Acting as the first point of contact for any potential online reputation issues, managing public responses, and providing strategic guidance.
