This role is for someone who can turn insights into scroll-stopping content, trends into brand moments, and ideas into high-impact campaigns at speed.

What youll do

Conceptualize and execute high-engagement social content across platforms

Translate beauty, fashion, and pop-culture trends into brand-relevant ideas

Drive Reels/Short-form video strategy with a strong hook-first approach

Maintain a sharp and consistent visual language for the brand

Collaborate with creators, designers, and performance teams

Identify emerging trends, formats, and cultural conversations early

Build campaigns that increase relevance, engagement, and shareability

What were looking for

Internet-native thinker with strong understanding of Gen Z audiences

Exceptional aesthetic sense and visual judgment

Proven ability to create or manage high-performing social content

Speed, ownership, and comfort with fast execution cycles

Deep interest in beauty, fashion, and digital culture

Ability to balance creativity with brand and business objectives

Have worked with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands

Have creator or content production experience
