This is a hybrid role but the candidate must be based out of Bangalore.

Youll own our client's social media game and run influencer partnerships that actually move the needle. If you live and breathe Instagram, understand what makes content go viral, and love building relationships with creators this ones for you.

WHAT YOULL ACTUALLY DO
Run the social show Build and execute social media strategies across Instagram mainly.
Find and manage creators Identify the right influencers and content creators, negotiate deals, manage relationships, and make sure campaigns deliver.
Create scroll-stopping content Plan, create, and publish posts, reels, stories, and videos that people actually want to engage with.
Stay ahead of trends Keep an eye on whats trending, what competitors are doing, and where the algorithms are headed. Be the teams go-to for whats next.
Crunch the numbers Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions), pull insights, and use data to make campaigns smarter.
Manage paid campaigns Work with the performance marketing team to run and optimize paid social ads.
Build community Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and grow a loyal online community around the brands we work with.
Collaborate across teams Work closely with designers, content writers, PR, and product teams to keep messaging sharp and consistent.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 2 plus years of hands-on experience in social media management and/or influencer marketing (agency experience is a plus).
- You know how Instagram work not just as a user, but as a marketer.
- Youve managed influencer campaigns end to end: sourcing, negotiating, briefing, and tracking deliverables.
- You write well, communicate clearly, and can tell a brands story in a way that feels authentic.
- You can juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.
- An eye for good design and aesthetics you know what looks good on a feed.
