Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brands digital presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. You willbe responsible forsocial media strategy, content creation, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance analysis across both company pages and leadership profiles. This role will work closely with the Growth team to drive brand awareness and support businessobjectives. Over time, the role will expand into managing an omnichannel presence (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Location :Bangalore,onsite (Full-time)
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and growth goals.
- Own the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone across all digital platforms.
- Research consumer trends, competitor analysis, and platform insights to inform content strategy.
- Plan and implement creative social media campaigns and initiatives.
2. Content Creation & Campaign Execution
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand content for social media posts.
- Ensuretimelyexecution of campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Experiment with innovative content formats to strengthen brand presence.
- Run and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, with exposure to other platforms over time.
3. Community & Audience Engagement
- Drive authentic community engagement throughtimelyand professional responses.
- Monitor and moderate conversations, comments, and interactions.
- Build andmaintainan active, professional online community.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics across platforms.
- Analyze performance data to generate insights andoptimizestrategy.
- Measure campaign success against defined KPIs.
- Prepare and share monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 12 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn (company + leadership profile).
- Proventrack recordin running organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Strong written and spoken communication and storytelling skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
- Basic knowledge of the tech industry and ability to create content tailored to a professional B2B audience.
