- Oversee campaign conceptualization aligned with thought leadership themes.
- Ensure tone, voice, and positioning consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video teams for integrated content execution.
Requires creative vision, coordination capability, and disciplined execution management.
(D) Media & Social Integration:
- Amplify media coverage strategically across digital platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between PR activities and digital visibility.
- Align speaking engagements, events, and thought leadership outputs with digital content strategy.
- Maintain unified messaging across communication verticals.
Requires cross-functional collaboration skills and structured communication alignment.
(E) Platform-Specific Optimization & Growth Strategy:
- Implement platform optimization techniques based on algorithm insights.
- Apply SEO and search-intent principles where applicable.

- Track KPIs including engagement rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, sentiment analysis, and conversion metrics.
- Interpret performance data to refine strategy and content direction.
- Prepare structured monthly and quarterly digital impact reports.
- Drive measurable growth outcomes rather than superficial metrics.
Requires strong data interpretation capability and outcome-oriented mindset.
(G) Stakeholder & Team Coordination:
- Work closely with PR, media relations, content writers, and leadership office.
- Ensure digital governance, approval processes, and policy alignment.
- Contribute to drafting social media policies and digital governance frameworks.
- Build influencer collaborations and ecosystem partnerships where relevant.
Requires structured coordination ability, professional maturity, and accountability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related field.
