Social Media Manager

Location: Kochi / hybrid

Were looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can independently handle client social media accounts from planning to execution to coordination. This role requires someone who understands brands, timelines, and client expectations, and can manage work without constant supervision.

Client & Account Management

• Handle day-to-day management of client social media accounts
• Understand client goals, brand tone, and content requirements
• Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and timelines

Content & Strategy

• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives
• Guide designers and editors with clear content briefs
• Ensure quality, consistency, and relevance across posts

Execution & Coordination

• Work closely with creative, video, and performance teams
• Track deliverables and ensure timely posting
• Manage revisions and ensure client feedback is implemented correctly

Reporting & Optimization

• Monitor basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
• Share insights and suggest improvements for content strategy

• 36 years of experience managing social media accounts (agency background preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and content formats
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Experience handling healthcare, lifestyle, or D2C brands
• Basic understanding of paid ads or performance marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, etc.
