Role: Social Media Manager (Kannada)

Location : Bangalore

Experience : Minimum 2 years as SM Manager or YTM

Work mode : On-site (6 days working)

Salary: 5lpa-6lpa

Key Responsibilities :

-Ideate & Plan: Develop engaging, relatable content ideas tailored to regional audiences (students, parents, learners).

-Content Direction: Guide cameramen and short video editors for high-quality, platform-optimized videos.

-Execution Oversight: Lead on-ground shoots from scripting to final upload, ensuring flawless delivery.

-Trend Spotting: Monitor regional trends, viral formats, and influencer strategies to stay ahead.

-Platform Focus: Grow our Instagram Page and YouTube Channel with consistent, high-performing content.

-Collaboration: Partner with central content, design, and video production teams for brand consistency.

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred):

Video editing: Handle short-form videos with tools for cuts, effects, text overlays, transitions, and music syncing (mobile/desktop).

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation, video production, or trend management (YouTube/Instagram preferred).

-Deep understanding of regional trends, student/parent audience, and short-form video algorithms.

-Strong ideation, communication, and on-ground execution skills.

-Proficiency in content tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva) is a plus.

-Graduate or equivalent; passion for edtech/content creation.

-Bangalore-based or willing to relocate.
