About the Role

Lead the strategy, execution, and performance of our social media presence. We are looking for a creative, data-aware professional to drive brand visibility across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.
• Create and manage detailed monthly content calendars covering brand, product, education, and market awareness buckets.
• Use analytics and platform insights to refine content direction, engagement strategy, and posting patterns.
• Monitor audience behaviour, content performance, and reach trends to drive data-backed improvements.
• Develop briefs for creative assets based on platform requirements and audience insights.
• Collaborate with internal design, brand, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies to ensure delivery of agreed content plans.
• Create real-time social content based on market updates, financial trends, and platform trends.
• Track social sentiment and community feedback for timely corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in social media for fintech, consumer tech, or digital-first brands.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social platforms, formats, and engagement levers.
• Strong data interpretation skills and ability to turn insights into actions.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end execution.
