Take ownership of the social media presence for one of Indias fastest-growing EdTech brands. In this role, youll define how we engage with students, parents, and educatorstransforming complex educational offerings into compelling, relatable content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Create engaging, platform-native content tailored to K12, JEE, and NEET students, as well as their parents
• Plan and manage content calendars, campaign launches, and community interactions
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and continuously optimize strategy using data insights
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and content teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging

What Were Looking For

Must Have:

• 13 years of experience in social media management
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of youth culture, trends, and digital behavior
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and refine strategy

Good to Have:

• Experience in EdTech or consumer-focused brands
• Video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
• Experience managing paid social campaigns
