Were looking for aSocial Media Manager who understands that social media is not just about posting, its aboutstorytelling, growth, and impact .

Youll own our social presence end-to-end: from content strategy and execution to performance tracking and audience engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a creator, executes like a marketer, and analyzes like a strategist.

• Own and execute thesocial media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Plan monthlycontent calendars aligned with brand goals, launches, and trends
• Write clear, engagingcaptions and hooks that drive attention and engagement
• Collaborate with designers, editors, creators, and influencers
• Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments, and adapt them creatively
• Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize content accordingly
• Experiment constantly: formats, hooks, posting times, storytelling styles

• 24 years of hands-on experience managing brand or creator social media accounts
• Strong understanding ofInstagram & LinkedIn content mechanics
• Excellent writing skills (hooks, captions, CTAs matter here)
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
• Comfortable working with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, Notion, Google Sheets
• Proactive, organized, and obsessed with improving content quality
• Bonus: Experience with Reels/Shorts strategy, influencer collaborations, or startup environments
