About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead digital presence for a luxury real estate brand. The role focuses on Instagram growth, high-end content, paid campaigns, lead generation, brand partnerships, and agency coordination, with an emphasis on maintaining a refined, premium brand identity.

This role requires a balance of aesthetic sensibility, marketing strategy, and performance analytics.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Strategy

  • Own and manage the brands social media pages, including content planning, posting schedules, captions, and engagement strategy.
  • Conceptualise and execute campaigns aligned with project launches, branding, and lead-generation goals.
  • Ensure a consistent luxury visual identity across all social media creatives and formats.
  • Work with designers or create social media graphics that reflect premium brand aesthetics.

Paid Campaigns, Ads & Lead Generation

  • Plan and run Instagram and Meta ad campaigns to generate qualified real estate leads.
  • Optimise ad creatives, targeting, budgets, and performance to maximise ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure proper lead flow and follow-ups.

Brand Campaigns & Partnerships

  • Execute brand campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships with influencers, luxury brands, and lifestyle partners.
  • Identify and manage influencer marketing opportunities aligned with the brands positioning.
  • Support co-branded campaigns, events, and digital collaborations to enhance brand visibility.

Agency Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies for content creation, campaign execution, and ad performance.
  • Ensure agencies deliver high-quality creatives aligned with brand tone, timelines, and campaign goals.
  • Manage approvals, briefs, feedback loops, and output quality.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Monitor social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously test and refine content formats, ad creatives, and campaign strategies.


Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:

Instagram campaigns and page management

Social media graphics and content creation

Paid ads (Instagram / Meta) and lead generation

Agency coordination and influencer partnerships

  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of luxury branding and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Canva / Adobe tools (or working with designers).
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
