OVERVIEW

Were looking for a creative and articulate Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing team in Bandra. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have a strong understanding of social media trends, and be comfortable managing client communication. Experience working with a digital marketing agency or in a social media-focused role is preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create and curate engaging, trend-driven content aligned with client objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and best practices.
• Handle day-to-day client servicing, communication, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, copy, performance marketing) to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience in social media marketing or within a digital agency.
• Excellent command of Englishspoken and written.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and content trends.
• Strong client-servicing skills with the ability to present ideas and manage feedback.
• Must be based between Borivali and Churchgate for ease of commute.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
