Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Manager who will own HIPCASTLEs social presence end-to-end across:

Instagram LinkedIn YouTube emerging platforms

You will function as both:

The Handler execution & operations

The Creative Lead concepts & direction

Freshers with strong execution ability, creative sense, and learning mindset are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
1 Platform Ownership
  • Drive growth on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Experiment on Reddit, Quora, Threads, X, Pinterest, Discord groups
  • Ensure consistent posting & brand presence
  • Maintain HIPCASTLE tone & mindset voice
  • Take full responsibility for daily execution
2 Creative Direction & Content Planning
  • Build monthly content calendars
  • Conceptualize reels, posts, stories
  • Plan & help execute shoots
  • Guide visual themes & layouts
  • Maintain a premium, clean aesthetic feed
3 Community & Comment Marketing
  • Actively engage in comments & DMs
  • Join relevant conversations early
  • Build brand voice through sharp replies
  • Strengthen community & tribe presence
4 Campaign & Growth Execution
  • Execute launch & drop campaigns
  • Coordinate creator collaborations
  • Drive UGC & testimonials
  • Spot growth opportunities early
  • Support performance + brand campaigns
5 Performance Tracking
  • Track engagement & reach
  • Identify what works double down
  • Improve weak formats
  • Prepare simple performance reports
Required Profile
  • Fresher or 02 years experience
  • Strong interest in brand building
  • Good aesthetic & visual sense
  • Strong Instagram & reel format understanding
  • Good writing & communication
  • Can plan + execute independently
  • Learner mindset with ownership attitude

Compensation

Salary: 15,000 25,000 / month

(depending on skill, ownership, and fit)
