The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the companys social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, campaigns) that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience feedback.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly/weekly reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and queries on time.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and trends.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps is a plus.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
