The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the companys social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, campaigns) that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience feedback.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly/weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and queries on time.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
