We specialize in "stealth-health" nutrition, creating protein-rich sweet and savoury snacks that prioritize functional health without compromising on the taste or joy of everyday eating.

The company was co-founded by siblings Parul Sharma and Manu Sharma, who combine corporate rigor with a deeply personal mission. Parul, an FMCG veteran with 15 years of experience at Mondelez (Cadbury), transitioned from building iconic global brands to solving the nutritional challenges she faced as a parent. She is joined by Manu Sharma, a Chartered Accountant and startup specialist whose personal journey with juvenile diabetes fuels his commitment to clean-label, low-sugar nutrition. Together, they have fostered a high-ownership culture driven by transparency, agility, and a shared goal of making India a protein-sufficient nation.

ROLE PURPOSE

Assist in the management of the digital face of Gladful by executing and managing the company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.



ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in crafting digital marketing strategies to ensure all social media activities align with Gladfuls overarching strategic objectives and brand goals.

Manages the day-to-day operations of all social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, adapting content formats to suit each platforms specific audience.

Develops high-impact social media content by staying ahead of the latest trends, viral moments, and market best practices.

Generates, edits, publishes, and shares engaging content, including text, photos, graphics, and video/reels across all digital platforms.

Implements community engagement campaigns to foster loyalty among existing customers and followers while consistently elevating the customer experience.

Communicates directly with followers, ensuring prompt responses to queries and active monitoring of customer reviews and mentions.

Curates and manages a pipeline of influencers, coordinating with them to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brands monthly themes.

Liaises with performance marketing agencies and creative vendors to ensure the seamless execution of integrated social media campaigns.

Creates and maintains dashboards that provide regular performance insights, actionable recommendations, and new growth opportunities.

Collaborates with industry professionals and key opinion leaders via social media to build brand salience and drive organic traction

Performs any other duties as requested by the reporting manager to support the brands growth.


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

A graduation with a relevant degree is mandatory (MBA preferred)

1-2 years of work experience in managing social media for a D2C, FMCG, or Lifestyle brand

Hands-on experience in Content Management

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut/VN, or Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred
