About FALIECOM

FALIECOM is a garment manufacturing and D2C fashion brand based in Sanganer, Jaipur. We specialize in ethnic wear and online & wholesale garment sales. We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence across digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging photo & video content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Shoot and edit reels, product videos, and promotional content
• Plan and manage daily social media posting
• Write creative captions and hashtags
• Manage content calendar and posting schedule
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
• Coordinate with design and marketing team for campaigns
• Track performance and prepare basic reports

Requirements:

• Experience in video creation & editing (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools
• Understanding of Instagram trends & algorithms
• Good communication skills
• Creative mindset with fashion/garment industry interest preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred
