Role Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content strategies, manage multiple social media platforms, and strengthen our online community while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
• Manage Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Track performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
• Stay updated with social media trends and digital innovations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand communication

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong communication and audience engagement skills
• Experience in content strategy development and execution
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry is a plus
