Role Description
We are looking for an experienced B2B Social Media Manager who understands how social platforms drive brand authority, demand generation, and pipeline influence not just likes. The role requires strategic thinking, strong content sense, and hands-on execution across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Job Description
- Own and execute the B2B social media strategy across platforms (primary focus: LinkedIn , secondary: X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram as relevant)
- Translate business offerings, case studies, and thought leadership into high-quality social content
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and campaigns
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to amplify brand voice
- Create and manage organic and paid social campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, CTR, leads, reach, and conversions
- Stay on top of B2B content trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity
