Social Media Manager

We are looking for aSocial Media Managerwho has experience building from 0 to 1 someone who understands how to launch, position, and scale social presence from scratch.

This role is not about just posting content. It is about:

• Creating distribution systems

You will work closely with the founding team to shape Dreamspans digital narrative and scale our presence across platforms.

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies
• Build and scale pages from ground zero to meaningful traction
• Own content planning, scripting, posting, and calendar management
• Identify growth levers (organic, collaborations, trends, distribution hacks)
• Monitor engagement, optimize content formats, and improve retention
• Track performance metrics (reach, saves, shares, follower growth, conversions)
• Manage community interaction and build brand affinity
• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithms, and trend cycles

• Proven experience growing at least one social account from 0 to significant traction
• Deep understanding of how social media marketing actually works (not just aesthetics, but distribution and psychology)
• Strong writing and storytelling ability
• Strong grasp of content formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Threads, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics
• Speed of execution and bias toward action
• High ownership mentality
