Creativity Dialogues, a podcast by Chandana Dixit exploring creativity, culture, and human experience, is looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Business Development Associate to expand reach, deepen audience engagement, and build strategic partnerships.

Role Overview:

You will shape the podcasts public presencecrafting compelling narratives online, building community, managing brand communication, and driving outreach opportunities. If you love storytelling, digital culture, and connecting people to meaningful content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and visual content aligned with podcast themes.

Track analytics, audience insights, and growth metrics to refine content strategy.

Manage content calendars and coordinate with designers/editors.

Public Relations & Communications

Draft media kits, episode announcements, and outreach messages.

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and collaborators.

Represent the podcast in communication with guests, partners, and event organizers.

Support podcast branding and reputation management.

Marketing & Growth

Plan and execute promotional campaigns for episodes, workshops, and events.

Conduct competitor and audience research to identify growth opportunities.

Manage email newsletters, engagement funnels, and audience communities. Business Development

Identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, and collaborators.

Explore monetization opportunities such as courses, events, publications, and merchandise.

Support proposal writing, pitch decks, and partnership communication.

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

Creative thinker with awareness of social media trends and digital culture.

Experience in marketing, PR, or business development (preferably in creative/media spaces).

Comfortable with outreach, networking, and maintaining professional relationships.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and excited about creative conversations.

Bonus: Experience with podcasting, design tools, analytics tools, or course-building platforms.
