Job description

• Key Responsibilities Manage and drive growth across social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
• Plan, create, and oversee digital collaterals including videos, podcasts, website content, and campaign assets
• Lead script writing, content ideation, post-production, editing, and final output quality
• Oversee end-to-end content production, coordinating with internal teams, agencies, editors, and designers
• Manage SEO-driven content and ensure optimization for discoverability and engagement
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including sourcing, collaborations, and performance tracking
• Drive performance marketing initiatives in collaboration with paid media teams to maximize reach and conversions
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve content and strategy

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms at scale
• Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and brand building
• Experience with video production, podcasts, and digital media formats
• Working knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and performance marketing
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end and oversee multiple deliverables simultaneously
