About NDIM

strong brand engagement. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social

Media Manager to strengthen NDIMs digital presence and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram,

LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)

• Provide end-to-end social media coverage for major events, including on-ground

coordination and supervision of photography and videography teams

• Create and publish social media posts as per the approved content calendar
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with admissions, academic, and

institutional goals

• Design creatives such as banners, backdrops, posters, and other promotional

materials

• Write engaging captions, reels/scripts, campaign copy, and institutional

announcements

• Track trends in education, youth culture, and digital media
• Manage comments, messages, and online community interactions
• Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
• Coordinate closely with the NDIM website team for content updates, banners, and

integrations

• Collaborate with admissions, academics, events, and design teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of social media analytics and platform insights
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite,
• Adobe tools, or similar
• Ability to handle live event coverage and tight timelines
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
