Social Media Manager

Location: NSP / Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi (Work from Office)

Salary: 25,000 per month (in-hand)

Were looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who understands the D2C mindset , has worked in health & fitness , and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-moving team . This role is ideal for someone creative, proactive, and eager to grow with the brand long term.

• Manage and grow Nutristars presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other relevant platforms
• Plan and execute content calendars (reels, posts, stories, UGC, trends)
• Ideate and execute brand-led and performance-driven content
• Coordinate and manage affiliate & influencer marketing (outreach, onboarding, tracking)
• Shoot basic content in-office or outdoor locations when required
• Work closely with the founders/marketing team on branding & campaigns
• Track content performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes

• 12 years experience in D2C brands , preferably health / fitness / wellness
• Experience working in a small team or startup environment
• Prior exposure to influencer & affiliate marketing
• Strong creative thinking & content ideas
• Basic understanding of branding & storytelling
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks independently
• Willingness to commute daily to NSP, Delhi
• Ready to step out for shoots/events if needed
