Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Drive organic growth through content planning, posting schedules, and performance tracking
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate leads, engagement, and conversions
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers to get creatives and reels executed
• Prepare monthly reports and insights for clients (growth, engagement, ad performance)
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and ad best practices
• Communicate with clients professionally and manage expectations

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Good understanding of audience targeting, creatives, and funnels
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Strong communication and coordination skills
