Key Responsibilities:

• Managing brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) & YouTube
• Executing daily operations using Meta Business Suite & native platform tools
• Auditing social profiles, improving hygiene, and optimising brand pages
• Planning and publishing content calendars aligned with business goals
• Writing engaging copy for posts, captions, reels, carousels & campaigns
• Performing keyword & hashtag research to boost reach and engagement
• Tracking performance and creating monthly, quarterly & annual reports
• Monitoring trends, formats, and platform updates - and acting fast on them
• Conducting competitor and market research to inform strategy
• Collaborating with designers on visual direction and creative ideation
• Ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone & messaging across platforms

Qualifications Required:

• Have 2+ years of hands-on social media experience (agency life preferred)
• Understand platform nuances, algorithms & best practices
• Can balance creativity with data and performance metrics
• Write clean, engaging, on-brand copy
• Can juggle multiple brands without dropping quality
• Are comfortable with reels & short-form video trends
• Know your way around Canva (bonus points)
• Stay curious, proactive, and always two steps ahead of trends
